专利说明:

The invention relates to a toy for dogs according to the preamble of claim 1.
From the prior art different toys for animals, in particular for dogs, are known, which playfully employ the dog and additionally bring about a learning or training effect. These games usually have a relatively simple structure and reward the dog in case of success for the solution with an edible reward in the form of a common treats. However, the currently commercially available and well-known games are mostly straightforward and use the trial and error principle, which limits the learning effect for the dog. Moreover, the toys provide little or no variance in the complexity of the solution tasks. so the games quickly become uninteresting.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a toy for dogs, which eliminates the disadvantages of known games and keeps the interest of the dog awake long and ensures a long employment with a high learning effect.
This object is achieved in a toy of the type mentioned above with the features indicated in the characterizing part of claim 1. According to the invention, it is provided that at least two superimposed sliding plates, an upper sliding plate and a lower sliding plate, are provided, which are reversibly insertable into and out of the body through corresponding recess slots in the lateral wall of the body and extendable from the dog. These sliding plates in the inserted state cause spatial delimitation and subdivision of the body in superimposed areas. Compartments.
In this case, at least one reversibly insertable and removable from the dog barrier element is provided, which can be brought into mechanical engagement with both the upper slide plate and with the lower slide plate, wherein when inserted locking element of a blocking action of both sliding plates occurs and moving or pulling out of the sliding plates of the Body is prevented and withdrawal is possible only after removal of the locking element,
Furthermore, a through-shaped olfactory channel extending through both sliding plates, in particular also through the blocking element, is formed, which produces an open-scent connection with a treat placed on the bottom of the body.
The smell connection between the dog's treats and the nose is important because the dog is motivated by the smell of treats to get to it and solve the task. At the same time, however, the blocking element also fulfills the further function of the mechanical interaction and the blocking of the sliding plates in a mechanically and structurally advantageous manner. The providence of the locking plate locking barrier causes the dog to recognize a causal link between his actions and to act accordingly.
By means of trial-and-error, he will not reach the goal in the present game at short notice, since a pushing out of the sliding plates is not possible until he has not removed the blocking element. Only then can each of the two sliding plates of ihmerfasst and be pulled out, whereby also here the order is relevant. The game thus means that the dog learns to recognize a certain order of his actions and to align his actions accordingly. However, the final success is not directly achieved and rewarded, as is often the case with known games, for example when the dog finds a treat in an extendable drawer or behind a flap that can be opened. In the present game, the dog must first set several action steps in the correct order to get the final reward. If he does not take the steps or tries to set the steps in the wrong order, for example by first trying to pull out the sliding plates, he will not be successful. Only the fulfillment of both conditions enables the solution of the game. In this way, a long-lasting, intensive study of sustainable learning success is guaranteed.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are achieved by the following features:
According to a preferred development, it is provided that recesses are provided in the upper sliding plate and in the lower sliding plate and the locking element can be reversibly guided through these recesses or reversibly inserted into these recesses. Due to the constructive way the mechanical interaction of the locking element with the recesses, the game is durable and at the same time easy to use and reliable.
In this connection it is advantageously provided that in the upper sliding plate at least one, the sliding plate completely penetrating through recess and in the lower sliding plate at least one non-continuous
Sack recess is provided, in the bottom surface of which the lower sliding plate is completely penetrating olfactory opening is formed, and wherein in the bottom surface of the body at least one position for applying or inserting Treats is defined, wherein the blocking element is completely feasible through the through recess of the upper sliding plate, and in the non-passing blind recess is partially insertable. In this way it is very simple to construct a direct open connection between the dog's mouth and nose, and this way should always be free and open.
This is in particular also improved if it is provided that in the locking element itself a continuous olfactory recess is formed, wherein this Riechausnehmung, the position or where appropriate provided treats, the smell opening and the through-hole are arranged one above the other so that from the position to the Entrance of the olfactory recess of the locking element extending, continuous olfactory duct is formed. In this way, it is clearly apparent to the denver dog that removal of the locking member is necessary to solve the game.
In order to also stimulate the spatial perception ability of the dog and increase its tactile dexterity, it is advantageous if the body is substantially parallelepiped-shaped and the sliding plates are mutually rotated by 90 °. In this way he has to move the sliding plates from different sides.
To increase the difficulty of the game can be advantageously provided that the body is closed by a lid, wherein in the lid a through olfactory opening and in the upper slide plate is formed with this olfactory opening in a standing recess for inserting treats.
In order to ensure the dog a good detection by mouth or paw, it is advantageous if each sliding plate on at least one of its front sides has a handle over which the dog can grasp and move the sliding plate.
A further increase in the difficulty can advantageously be achieved in that exactly two adjacent through recesses, two adjacent non-continuous Sackausnehmungen with one each
Smell opening, two adjacent positions for treats and two locking elements are provided. In this way he has to remove not just one but several locking elements to be successful.
A reliable form of play is achieved structurally in that the centers or central longitudinal axes of the respective corresponding, continuous recesses, non-continuous blind recesses, olfactory openings, positions and blocking elements are aligned and lie on a straight line. This ensures that the olfactory duct is permanently open and the olfactory distance is short.
If a further increase of the difficulty is desired, it can advantageously be provided that the body is placed on a base plate and on the base plate outside the body at least one reversibly insertable and removable from the dog further locking element is provided with one of the sliding plates, in particular with the lower sliding plate , in particular with a handle, inmechanic operative connection can be brought, wherein when inserted another blocking element a locking effect of the respective sliding plate occurs and a moving or removal of the respective sliding plate is prevented from the body and only after removal of the further locking element is possible. The dog has to take another step in the right time sequence to be able to remove the sliding plates.
Reliable, low-blocking and frustration-free play control is ensured by the fact that the sliding plates are aligned substantially horizontally and parallel to each other.
Further advantages and embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the following description and the accompanying drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS In the drawings, advantageous, but non-limiting, embodiments of possible embodiments of the invention are shown schematically and will be described by way of example with reference to these drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a representation of an embodiment of the toy from above.
Fig. 2 shows the toy from the side.
Fig. 3 shows a sectional view of this toy.
FIGS. 4 to 8 each show a perspective view of the toy in a step-by-step sequence of the game action starting from the initial state of FIG. 4.
In Figs. 1 to 4 the toy according to the invention is shown in different representations and views. The toy comprises a substantially cuboidal body 1, which is placed on a base plate 17. The body 1 is thus bounded from below by the base plate 17, which forms the bottom surface 10 inside the body 1. Laterally, the body 1 is bounded by four straight walls 4, which define a square cross-sectional shape. From above, the body 1 is closed by a cover 13.
In the walls 4 elongated, cuboid recesses 19a, 19b are provided. In each case two opposite walls 4 are provided at a first greater height from the bottom surface 10, two mutually aligned upper Ausnehmungsschlitze 19 a. Similarly, in each of the two other walls 4, a lower recess slot 19b is provided at a lower height to the bottom surface corresponding to and aligned with the opposite lower recess slot 19b.
Plain slide plates 3a, 3b are inserted into these recess slots 19a, 19b, and an upper slide plate 3a is inserted in the upper recess slots 19a, and a lower slide plate 3b is inserted in the lower recess slots 19b. The slide plates 3a, 3b pass through these recess slots 19a, 19b completely and project beyond the walls 4 on both sides. At the end faces of the respective end plates 3a, 3b, handles 16a, 16b are provided. The sliding plates 3a, 3b are thus arranged mutually rotated by 90 ° and each linearly pulled out in both directions. The slide plates 3a, 3b are arranged perpendicular to the walls 4, parallel to each other and parallel to the bottom surface 10 and the base plate 17 and horizontally in operation. aligned.
As can be seen in particular from FIG. 3, a number of blocking elements 5, 5 'are provided. These have a substantially cylindrical shape with central Riechausnehmungen eleventh
The exact structural design is shown below together with the technical functionality in Figs. 4 to 8.
In Fig. 4, the toy is shown in its home position as presented to the dog. At the desired positions, customary rewards are arranged in the form of customary, small treats 2 which the dog sniffs accordingly and which are the motivation for solving the game for the dog. The exact locations of the treats 2 will be explained in detail in the following drawings. For the filling and the preparation of the toy with treats 2 for an on-playing game, it is initially advantageous to look at the figures in reverse order beginning with FIG. 8:
In Fig. 8 it can be seen that in the bottom surface 10, two positions 9 are provided or defined, in each of which a treat 2 is inserted. In the present embodiment, the positions 9 are indentations, but this is not necessary and these positions 9 could also be marked by markings. It would also be possible for the treats 2 to be placed elsewhere on the bottom surface 9 as well, but for the reliability of the sniffing it is advantageous if these positions are fixed to produce the shortest possible and therefore intense odor connection to the nose of the dog.
After inserting the treats 2 in the positions 9, the lower slide plate 3b is inserted through the lower recess slots 19b. On the upward-facing upper side of the lower slide plate 3b, two non-continuous bag recesses 7 are formed in the form of shallow circular recesses. In the middle of the bottom surfaces of each a central olfactory opening 8 is formed, which passes through the lower sliding plate 3b, completely. When inserted, the olfactory opening 8 is in each case directly above the corresponding position 9, whereby a smell connection is guaranteed.
The further components of the toy still available for the preparation are also shown in FIG. 8 at the edge.
In Fig. 7, the lower slide plate 3b is already used. In addition, two further blocking elements 5 'are arranged on both sides of the lower sliding plate 3b. These sit in recesses in the base plate 17 and lie between the semicircular grips 16b of the lower slide plate 3b. Also in these wells each a leroller 2 is used and the other locking elements 5 'each have a central
Smell recess 11 ', which completely penetrates the locking elements 5'. The dog can thus snoop through the olfactory recess 11 'to conceal a lickle 2 underneath it and can reach it by removing the further locking element 5'.
In a next preparation step of Fig. 6, the upper slide plate 3a is analogously passed to the lower slide plate 3b through the upper recess slots 19a. The insertion of further treats 2 is unnecessary, since the already present treats 2 on the bottom surface 10 are sufficient. In the upper slide plate 3a two through recesses 6 are formed, which come to lie directly in the inserted state on the non-continuous Sackausnehmungen 7. Between these two recesses 6 is a shallow recess 15, in which a treat 2 can be inserted.
In Fig. 5, the upper slide plate 3a is already inserted and provided with a treat 2. Furthermore, two locking elements 5 are provided, which protrude through the two recesses 6 and in the non-continuous blind recesses 7, in particular fitting fit, partially inserted. Thus, these blocking elements 5 are in mechanical interaction and operative connection both with the upper sliding plate 3a and also with the lower sliding plate 3b and thus prevent the two sliding plates 3a and 3b from being laterally displaced and withdrawn. Also, a single blocking element 5 would be sufficient for both Sliding plates 3a, 3b to block.
Finally, the lid 13 is placed, as shown in Fig. 4.
The game is configured in this state ready to play and a possible gameplay will now be explained from the perspective of the dog as follows:
In a first step, the intelligent dog sniffs the treats inserted into the depression 15 through the olfactory opening 14 of the lid 13 (FIG. 4) and will lift the lid 13 over the handle 18 with the mouth in order to reach the treats 2. In this way he gets access to the upper slide plate 3a.
There (Fig. 5) he will sniff the treats 2 placed in the positions 9 through the scarfing recesses 11 and / or the olfactory channel 12 and, since it is not possible to extract the sliding plates 3a, 3b from the side, first the
Pull blocking elements 5 upwards. As a result, however, it does not reach the treats 2, since the access to them is still blocked by the two slide plates 3a, 3b. The sliding plates 3a, 3b divide the space in the body 1 into different heights by which the dog has to work its way down. In order to remove the first obstacle on the way down, the dog will pull on the handle 16a and thereby laterally pull out the upper slide plate 3a (Figure 6).
He has thus come one step closer to his goal and now smells the treats 2 through the triangle openings 8 stronger. However, if he wants to pull out the lower slide plate 3b analogously, this will not work because the further blocking elements 5 'prevent this. Stimulated by the treats 2 hidden there, he will first have to remove the further blocking elements 5 'by lifting and only then will the lower sliding plate 3b be released (FIG. 7).
In the last step (FIG. 8) and after the lower sliding plate 3b has been pulled out, the dog has free access to the treats 2 b inserted on or in the positions 9. to floor space 10 and the game is done and finished.
The material from which the individual elements and components of the toy are made is preferably wood, although other materials are possible.
